Opened in November of 2019 the Edgewater Public Market is the home of the very first Happy Cones Co brick and mortar. Now you can enjoy your favorite New Zealand creamery all year round! Come in and grab dinner with the whole family and finish it off with some delicious ice cream using local Colorado dairy! But if dairy isn’t your thing, we got you covered! We have a variety of smoothies and vegan flavors made from either Coconut or Oatmilk.
